We need to talk about the mental health of our children, younger siblings, and relatives.
It’s startling to read stats’ suggesting that 1 in 6 children may be experience some form of mental health disorder.
With us all being in Lockdown 3, we are probably all acutely aware of the impact this is having on both our own mental health and of those within our family.
So, for Children’s Mental Health Week (1 - 7 Feb 21) help your children, younger siblings, and relatives express themselves.
Sometimes it’s hard to put things into words - maybe play a game of charades (guess what Im feeling), or pictionary, or Hangman.

let your Children know that their feelings matter and they matter. In-fact would be great to see pictures of the kids in yello t-shirts in recognition of Mental Health Awareness.
